Hey Little Girl：周華健曾翻唱過的Mark Boyce代表作

我是個念舊的人，總會把一些有回憶價值的東西保留下來，像年代久遠的錄音帶就是，每張專輯的歌都代表著一段的回憶。前幾天整理這些錄音帶的時候，發現有一張專輯被壓在最底下；這不是我找好久的周華健「I Remember」專輯嗎？本以為遺失了，原來在這啊！

「I Remember」是周華健1992年發行的第三張英文專輯，除了主打「I Remember」是全新創作(就是當時風靡全台的立頓黃牌紅茶廣告歌曲)，其他9首都是翻唱外國藝人的歌曲。在這9首翻唱的歌曲中只有一首「Hey Little Girl」我不曾聽過，但卻意外地好聽。

Hey Little Girl的原唱是澳洲歌手Mark Boyce，收錄在1989年發行的「All Over the World」專輯中，1990年的時候又以單曲的形式再發行一次。Mark Boyce並非大紅大紫的藝人，而且也沒在歌壇待很久，也難怪大家對他很陌生。

雖然Mark Boyce是澳洲歌手，不過Hey Little Girl卻在法國意外的走紅。根據網路上的資料顯示，這首歌在當年法國流行榜內待了20週的時間，最高爬到了第6名的位置。周華健會選擇翻唱Hey Little Girl，表示他也認同這首歌的確是好作品。

Hey Little Girl的曲風就是一般常見的抒情流行樂，Mark Boyce的原唱版本節奏較快一些，唱法也比較輕柔。周華健翻唱的版本將節奏放慢了一點，並用自己的周式風格來詮釋，另有一種不同的味道，但都同樣好聽。
