Amazing：喬治麥可(George Michael)最後的傑作
現在只要在聖誕節前後聽到Last Chrismas這首歌，就會想到喬治麥可(George Michael)居然就是在聖誕節那天過世，真是令人不勝唏噓。
打從聽了Careless Whisper之後，我就一直注意喬治麥可這位歌手。我不只喜歡他的曲風而已，更因為他是真正的天才，至少對我來說他是。
喬治麥可雖然創作的歌曲數量不算多，但好聽的百分比卻非常的高，在我心目中站穩前三名，這就是我稱之天才的主要原因。
而且他狂放不羈，才氣縱橫，歌曲帶著一股奔放的自由，反應在他最擅長的曲風Dance-pop與抒情靈魂樂上，根本首首經典！
他生前第五張、也是最後一張錄音室個人專輯「Patience」中的主打歌「Amazing」，是一首輕快的Dance-pop；歌曲中加入巧妙的拍手聲以及柔和的原聲彈奏，讓這首歌充滿了活力，一下子就把我帶回80年代，那個POP最偉大的年代。
Patience專輯於2004年發行，Amazing最終取得了歐洲四個排行榜冠軍以及三個亞軍，成績不俗。在Billboard方面則是拿下舞曲榜、電音銷售榜、混音節目放送榜等三個冠軍。
我喜愛的歌手本就不多，最近幾年不知怎麼的有好幾位都相繼過世，頗令我難過。2016年底連喬治麥可也離開，只能透過那些散發他才華洋溢的經典歌曲來緬懷他了。
